EFI Jetrion

The EFI Jetrion digital press is particularly suited for printing self-adhesive labels that are required to withstand even the harshest conditions.

The Jetrion digital press from EFI belongs to that group of injection machines whose specificity lies in the application of ink on substrates by means of nozzles. The machine is dedicated to the production of self-adhesive labels. The labels are highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals, have high opacity, and good lightfastness. The integrated laser cutter can create any label shape.

Colours

The machine has 5 colours. It prints in classic CMYK mode, with the option to add direct white (W). We use this solution for transparent materials to increase the labelís opacity. Metallic materials also require a white underprint.

Since it is an inkjet solution, we apply the inks in a thick layer. Labels therefore have better abrasion resistance, high opacity, chemical resistance, and good lightfastness.

Laser cutouts

The machine has an on-line laser cutting tool, which can produce any shape of cutout you could wish for – and it does so practically instantly, without the need to purchase a special cutting tool. These parameters also make the machine suitable for really short jobs.

Variable data

The machine can also print variable data – QR codes, number series, barcodes, etc. Only in black, however.
